No. But, the original idea for SNACKLINS was inspired by the idea of a vegan pork rind! Our crisps resemble the flavor and texture of a pork rind but contain absolutely no meat.
The base ingredients of SNACKLINS are yuca, mushrooms, and onions. Yuca is a starchy, naturally gluten-free root vegetable native to South America. It is generally considered healthier than potatoes. Yuca is loaded with potassium, choline, and vitamin C. It has a low glycemic index, supports immune function, and fights oxidative stress.
The details of how we make SNACKLINS are proprietary, but because we use real, fresh vegetables that are low in calories to begin with (like mushrooms and onions), we are able to achieve rich flavor while keeping calories low.
All of our products are produced in a facility that is completely free from wheat, gluten, peanuts, and tree nuts. Please reach out with any specific dietary or allergy questions.
We received a lot of feedback from customers trying to avoid soy as an allergen, and therefore they weren’t able to enjoy the Miso Ginger flavor. This feedback led us to replace Miso Ginger with a new flavor, Teriyaki. Teriyaki does not contain soy and it’s absolutely delicious! Now, our entire flavor lineup is free of common allergens.
We received feedback that our old packaging did not do a very good job of communicating exactly what SNACKLINS is. It also didn’t suit us and it didn’t stand out! SNACKLINS is a fun brand and we want our personality to shine through - from your home pantry to grocery store shelves across the country. We added these ridiculous, giant mouths to emphasize the crunchy, addicting texture that makes SNACKLINS so irresistible.
SNACKLINS is growing quickly so we’re always on the search for talented, hard-working people who are passionate about snacks. If we are hiring, positions will be posted on well-known job boards.
